Momiji Manju Japanese sweet bun
"Hiroshima Momiji" keeps the texture of the sponge cake fine and the sweet bean paste light and sweet. Unlike the previous Momiji manju, the bean paste spreads to every corner of the leaf and is very mild. "Matcha Momiji" is made by kneading matcha into both sponge cake and sweet bean paste to give it a rich aroma.
